About Jim Boer
Founder and current GM, Jim is an experienced manager with over 20 years of experience. He is also a licensed REALTOR® with Realty Executives Arizona Territory where he oversees Real Estate transactions regularly. He is a proud father of 3, and avid trail rider, and a bit of a tech geek. He is the marketing director for Moving Buddies and Clear Market Advantage - the Real Estate Team he founded with wife and business partner Elena Villaseñor. "Our dream was to create a complete Relocation Solution, which includes everything from the Real Estate transaction itself, to the market preparations like painting and cleaning, and the logistics of moving into the new home. I think we've done just that."
